Guaranteed Practice Search
NCI’s Guaranteed Practice Search Program (GPS) is an excellent time-saving resource for clients seeking to purchase an accounting practice. Using each client’s specific criteria, NCI will leverage its extensive in-house client database and network to identify professionals who are ready to sell—and match buyers with sellers.
Initial investment: $2,500
The Guaranteed Practice Search includes:
- Targeted mailer to firms within a 20-mile radius of client’s office from NCI’s database and purchased lists. These lists can be segmented by firm size and geographical location.
- Targeted email to firms in our database.
- Targeted email to NCI clients’ firms in our database in the client’s target market along with personal contact from NCI.
The $2,500 fee is non-refundable; however, if NCI does not locate a practice to purchase in the client’s market within 120 days, NCI will provide a credit towards any Practice Development Program. When NCI locates a practice, and if NCI obtains the listing on the practice and the client enters into a purchase agreement, NCI will apply the $2,500 payment toward the purchase price of the firm.
